When I moved here the first thing I did was get high speed internet so I could stay in touch with my sister. I was worried she wouldn’t be okay without me there but as it turns out she should have been worried about me! I was a mess without her the first few months here but I’m starting to really find my footing – it turns out it’s a lot harder being without my family than I thought it would be and I just wish they were here with me now! I leaned on them more than I realized I did but you know, that’s how it works when you grow up around all your family. I wish I had known to prepare myself for independence better but there’s no way to plan for it, really. Sometimes you just have to get out and do something on your own and that’s what my move here was all about – I just wish I knew what it was going to be like when I was out there on my own!

Looks like! Yes, looks-like this blog is abandoned but that's just about it since it isn't much. Ha! Well, sometimes a blog also needs some break, LOL (Laugh Out Laughing)! At this time, in my throne (yes, in my chair in front of my lappy-toppy (laptop)/ in my place, I am with my precious little one on my left hand. You guess it right, am one-hand typing. Yes, five (5) fingers use only instead of ten in typing just to finish this post. Ha ha! Just so you wouldn't say I already abandoned this blog. *wink* Alright, it is really great of going back on what I am passionate about aside from what I love doing most at this time which is taking care of my one and only precious (literally and emotionally) baby love, my Sam.

I Miss Shooting And Posting Clouds Pics

As in. I can still remember I like to go walking (or brisk walking as an exercise) alone in my place, in the neighborhood. Then occasionally shoot clouds that I can see. Some flowers, plants and alike with color red or yellow. Then posted it on Ruby Tuesday, Yellow Mellow Monday and my own theme SCSS, Saturday Cloud Scene Share. I almost made it as meme but it didn't push through which it turned out my own meme for this blog. I still have shots though. The thing that I was busy with my pre-birth up to newborn days for the past four to five months and some disturbing, devastating situation, made it in "hang". And now that I can have some time since I already adapt on my situation and she's already a bit grown-up (we both already have adjusted on the situation as well as DH) aside from the big reason of I like to go back my online gig now, I can already smile and being on goal-oriented, hopefully! :-) Wish me luck. Facebook Addictions

Why are people addicted to facebook? Are you one of them? I am not that kind of addict guys. I have more important things to mind. I am a newly mommy and want to enjoy being with my little Sam. I will give everything I can as a mom. If there is more than best, that's what I have to give to her. I know it's a triple job for me because I have no one to help me of her feedings and medicines. I am only the one who can handle that because my partner is working and he's the one who's bringing a bread/rice and viand in the table. I have to understand that (and you must too, hehe!).Now , I can feel really what mother's all about! So facebook for me a source of communicating my friends, families but not to the point of being addict into it. I don't want to expose much more on my side by Facebook. Facebook is just an online place to hangout into but guys, limit your time on it and have time with your family.

Home To Snuggle

I like being at home when I can to snuggle with my pups and watch my shows on TV. I used to be really excited about getting home during the day to watch my stories but I don’t know why in the world they decided it was a good idea to cancel them all. I loved those soap opera! Anyway, I’ve actually gotten really into The Walking Dead which is a zombie show on one of my direct tv atlanta channels. I think I like it because it’s set in Atlanta (well, now they’re out of Atlanta and in other parts of Georgia) and that makes me excited to see where they are. I don’t know why in the world people like this kind of stuff but you know, I think it’s actually really cool checking out the psyche that goes with an apocalyptic situation like this one – there’s something to be said for the way people make their own ways and try to overcome obstacles when faced with unimaginable adversity.

I Don’t Always Work When I Am Online

I have a confession to make. It is true, I am not always working on something important or updating my blogs whenever you will see me in front of my computer and going online. And thanks to the advent of a number of social networking sites, my online life which originally was limited to blogging, keeping abreast with the current events here by reading online broadsheets and newspaper, has somewhat taken a life all its own that there are just countless ways to entertain myself whenever I go online. Leaving me with one too many choices and innumerable things to try and discover. Just like when one of my friends confided that playing online bingo is fun, so who knows I might just try that out one of these days, too!

Thanks to modern day technology, I can now have accessible and inexpensive entertainment right in the comfort and safety of my living room (or depending on where you have got the computer stationed, or if you are using a laptop, you can simply have access anywhere in your house). I can now watch the newest films or the latest TV hit series with just a click of a button. I can also have access to a thousand of books that are also shared online in e-book forms (though I only read once in a blue moon). And, as if all those are not enough, I can always give one of those online interactive games a go. Maybe I can pretend to be a chef for a bit or an angry bird concentrating to hit those pesky pigs, or a warrior in one of those adventure games. Possibilities suddenly became endless and the only limit I can have is my own imagination.

And since the Christmas holidays is fast approaching, I can also catch up on my relatives back home free of charge with the use of online sites that offer services of this kind for free. Truly, the internet and the world wide web is one of the best inventions of our modern times, and I bet you all agree!

It's Another Day!

Another day had gone! I still can remember I was in the store and I bought a shoes for me! I got it on sale. Luckily I did not find hard time to find my shoe size this time! As I always struggle finding the right size for me. Window shopping is my addiction when I got time! To relieve stress too. So, I decided to visit my favorite shoe store (that time) and there they have lots of sale and promos. Lucky day for me!The shoes costed 10 USD what a good buy! I can use it everyday in summer time. I bought one for my my husband too. Oh my speaking of Christmas I need to save money for that. Time for gifts giving. Last Christmas we did, my husband and I decided to give presents to ourselves. And we have our little angel so it's already three of us. :-) So it is time to save as early as now!

Well, are you ready for Christmas? I am excited actually. This is our first Christmas in this little place we have, with our Baby Sam too. So by GOD's grace will be celebrating our Christmas day with our dear angel baby. I am looking forward for that.

My mom and I were talking about planning a trip together over New Years which is something we’d never done before. We always travel with the whole extended family but since dad passed I knew she’d been kind of lonely so I suggested we go somewhere together. We’re using my local internet service Louisiana package to plan a trip to California – mom’s always wanted to drive down the Pacific Coast Highway and I’ve never been there, either. I know when we get to LA she’s going to go crazy shopping but I’m more excited about the San Francisco end since that’s where all the good food is. Really, though, I’m just looking forward to spending some quality time with mom and I know that at the end of the day she and I are just as close as we’ve ever been. I’m so glad I’ve been able to be there for her while she’s going through this tough loss…it’s been tough on all of us but we’re getting through it day by day.

Halloween is just around the corner and once again and the kids will be invited to a Halloween party a classmate’s house and are in dire need of something scary or creative to wear that I bet moms will be very busy looking for costumes for their little ones, who are also scheduled to join this year’s Trick or Treat at school or in the village. Moms might be spending their time browsing online catalogue shops or thumbing though their parenting magazine subscriptions in search for an inspiration (just like a mom friend of mine did the other day). They might even be the creative type and are sewing the day away as they excitedly count down for the big day to come! Whatever costumes you might come up with, or might end up purchasing, just make sure the little ones will be comfortable enough to go around in it so they can enjoy the occasion as much as they can.

Missing Summer

Fall has just been here. I know it is pretty amazing but I am missing summer already! The warm and lazy summer afternoons, the stroll along the beach, hunting for fascinating pieces from the ocean, or the interesting small pieces of rocks, the comfortable phillies shirts, dkny swimwear or anything suited for the season. Mostly, I miss giving my tired feet a break from all the long hours of shoe-wearing and walking around on flip flops all day long!

I also miss the spur of the moment trips going to places, on my friends' house, strolling around or having fun under the sun. They were loads of fun. Or remember when you got all hyped up for a much-awaited and well-deserved summer vacation trip out-of-town? You spent endless of hours planning the trip and making mental notes of which items to bring along, ticking imaginably on babies’ toys and diaper items or checking delinte tires to prepare the car for the long drive, among a most of other things that you have done and packed. And will you ever forget packing the colorful swimsuits you bought for the family in matching colors, pink, which left dad flabbergasted? Really, summer had been a lot of fun though there are still (can still do that stuffs) a lot we can do this autumn season. Just reminiscing. Ah, who would not miss that fun under the sun?!

The Housekeeper

Having a housekeeper is the only thing that keeps me sane, to be honest with you. Before Theresa I don’t know how this place didn’t turn into a disaster area! The kids come through here like tornadoes and it’s hard enough just balancing spending time with them and my job without having to worry about picking up after everyone. Theresa comes on Tuesdays and Fridays and just uses our http://SECURITYChoice.com password to get in and she goes to town. I think she spends about 2 hours each time cleaning this place and boy can you smell the clean when you get home from work! I love having help but I do feel guilty at times for shirking my own responsibilities but I’m a much nicer person not having to worry about keeping this place clean. It’s hard enough to keep everyone clothed and fed as it is without adding one more big task to my plate! I think we’ll keep Theresa around as long as she still wants to work with and for us!

1. When I was 10 years old , I was in the 4th grade of elementary years, I was aloof and naive.

2. Okra is my favorite vegetable because it is slimy, yummy-licious which my beloved maternal grandfather used to have a wide garden of it. It brings back the memories of my lovable, cool, amzing grandpa back in my old place.

3. My dream pet is a smart parrot bird.

4. You have amazing family that surrounds you.

5. If I could live anywhere in the world I'd live in the same place which is: my current place as well as in my birth country.

6. His smiles, laughter and dreams keep on shinin' on me.

And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to blog, web surfing and remind DH to check-out the stuffs in the online shopping cart so we will receive it before my baby delivery, tomorrow my plans include reading books from my OB-GYN and hospital and Sunday, I want to chillax (chill and relax) or go where the time leads (as usual)!

Faucet Problem

In any place, in any home, there is always a problem. Be it a major or minor. That is normal. The thing is how we deal with it.

Lately, I was looking at our faucet in the kitchen sinks. It has been how many days that it went bad. The faucet joint also produce water, as in it leaks, when wanting water from its original source. The homemaker in me (though am eight months pregnant) does my job. I don't want to deal the major act for now, which is to tell the manager (the manager is our neighbor, she lives here in the complex) but just deal on how I could deal with a minor act. I traced where it goes down, the leak and how I could get rid of water drops. I just put a wide square container to which the water would drop down in there instead of directly dropping it to the cabinet floor. And it did great, only it is just for temporary because the water leaks half as to how much I could get normally. So half to what I get for consumption and the other half is going under from the leak of the faucet's joint. I could not wait of a perfect timing to tell the management about this, but that's just it for now because we are just new here and I don't want to give something bad vibe to the manager, so a perfect timing is a need. :-) After all, it is just a minor problem. No biggie deal.

Promise Ring

"A promise should not made to be broken" , that is what I always hear and that should have to be! How many sweeties gave their sweethearts a promise? A promise that is going to be forever.

Yours truly have known a lot of boyfriend-girlfriend relationships that did not yet make moves to marriage. That does not mean that they don't want to. That also does not mean that a guy does not want to marry his girlfriend. It is just that it is not yet time or for some reason, cannot yet make its relationship into engagement yet though they promise each other that they will always be there and forever. Now a promise ring comes. Truly, a guy should know when to give a promise ring to his sweetheart. And that should be forever. No back-outs. In short, he has to make sure that he keeps what he says and what that ring symbolizes. Not just for that moment or just leading his girlfriend unto a dark path, an untrue assurance. She's always occupy the major space in your heart then. A place which her heart is always there, don't you think? I believe "what goes around, comes around " , so guys be careful in choosing timing especially the promise you gave to your sweetie! So then, all the best on your relationship! God speed!

A promise ring differs a lot to an engagement ring. When a guy gave his girlfriend an engagement that means, soon enough a marriage is going to happen whereas a promise ring does not mean anything about marriage, just a promise to be forever.

There is always a time of difficulty, we cannot avoid that. Only, we can find ways and means on how to cope up with it. I adore a child because only slight problem they have. Well, it just suits to their age. But even with a child, he/she also has difficulty. Difficulty of climbing, for instance. But then as I said, we have different stages, age stages. When our age matures, our mind should also mature. And this is the time that we are entitled into the real difficult times. But worry not because in every problem/difficulty, there is always a solution, I believe. Just like when we have a financial difficulty, we can always find where to get cash advance or lend a money. The important is we should always be ready in times like this and of course a good credit standing is a must when doing such. Then we are good to go, whatever place we are, whenever we like and how much we like to lend. The question is, are we capable to pay for it? If you are, then good for you! You are on the top of the list of the creditors and you can lend as easy as 1-2-3! :-) You deserve it anyway.

Ruby Tuesday: Rambutan Fruit

Rambutan, anyone? That's still fresh from the in-sink running water in my kitchen place, cooled in a colander. You can even see the water drops on the colander side. How I missed this fruit. This is my first time eaten this, well, here in USA. This red-colored skin/hairy-fruit is a pretty expensive one but I got this in a great deal just for $1.99 per lb and a bag weighed 2.39 lbs and I saved $9.56 all in all. So I grabbed without any hesitation upon seeing it is on-sale or because I bought it in bulk. Imagine that 2.39 lbs! Ha ha! And I ate such alone, DH don't like it. Good for me. Ha!

And you bet, I ate this only at two sittings. Hep!

Quality iPad Sleeve

We love gadget, don't we? You have your precious toy iPad 1 or iPad2 gadget. You want it be protected from scratches, dusts, dirt or even from falling it on the floor or any place (please just not in water, or else you know the consequence. Well, unless if it is waterproof!). Yep, as much as you want it, you also want it protected, safe and sound while it is still new, or so it will last for years. I cannot blame you for that (in fact, I admire you), because that is the smart way of caring a stuff. You want it be protected so you get your way of having its sleeve, a quality iPad sleeve which is an uncommon one. You've got it covered with either a horizontal or vertical one. It is your choice.

You can even customize it as much as you like to which it would make it into a custom iPad sleeves then. I know it is great to have more than one sleeve so it is not monotonous to look at your precious stuff aside from it is great to have extras. Here comes Friday again. It is time for Friday people. Ha ha! Ooh well, the great meaning to it is weekend is on the way. Time to relax and all that stuffs. Family time. And FFI time. Smile.

1. It's fun to go places like that on the background above. Its serenity and simplicity, is what I miss.

2. Maja blanca dessert is easy to make.

4. Someday, somehow, I will never know!

5. Something I'm very much excited about is the coming of our baby, but I just don't want to think about it. Too much is bad, you know. :-) .

Water Purifier

Image below is a water purifier in our new place. Yes, it is placed in our faucet. To tell you, this is my first time to use this in our home though I always saw and use it in other places. DH and I are just simple persons. He, uses an "old-school" philosophy while I am on the middle of modern and old-school. With that, it also affects on drinking water in the faucet. Like the old days, there was no water purifier, people drank water from faucet or even in the streams. Yes, we are already in the modern world but that does not mean water in the faucet is not drinkable. And so that was what we did. Not until this time, I bought a water purifier. Just to be safe for a child. I am carrying a baby and baby is sensitive, prone to anything. So I decided to get one. And so here it is:

So far, it does great. I am not a cold-drinker person. I prefer natural one. So I always drink water from this stuff. Sometimes if I feel want to have some cold, I just mix cold water from refrigerator unto my drink.

I just have to turn the nozzle on the right side to get a filtered water. It turns green when its filter is great, good enough to filter water. When it turns red, it need to change the filter. So far, it isn't yet red. I guess it will last longer because DH seldom drinks water, he drinks juice. I only use filtered water when drinking, otherwise I won't turn the nozzle down if it's only for cooking rice and such.

Thanks to Janet for hosting this meme. Happy Friday Fill-Ins! It's weekend now once again folks! What you're up to? I hope you will have a great one! For me, my bessy Au plans to drop-by here at DH and I's home tomorrow going or from (either way) her DH, Cesar's niece birthday party tomorrow. They will drop-by as she said she would not be here when I deliver my baby on the mid of September because they will going to have their vacation in Hawaii. Instead, they will come-by tomorrow. Am happy for them, they will soon indulge in sun, beach and nature! What could be better than family bonding?! For now, it's Friday Fill-Ins time for me...

And...here we go!
1. The only question is "when do you go from here?" or is that a question? Yes it is! Haha! .

2. I know she will be fine and be here (hopefully by midst of September) in one day.

3. Three things on my desk: mirror, computer and clock.

4. Finish this chore is the one thing I HAVE to do today!

6. The smell of the corned beef I just cook overwhelms the senses.

Camping Tent

But, is there any uses of tent other than camping? Oops! Ooh yeah, there is. But usually it is for camping purposes! Alright. My friend and her family, is having a vacation right now. They went sight-seeing and then camping to Yellow Stone and other nearby place. Yellow Stone attraction is their main vacation destination which is very far from here in the place we live in. They go road trip. And they bring necessary camping stuffs especially a tent like Nemo Losi Tent which accommodates the whole family in time of relaxation, sleeping or such. It would be a great bonding for them and am happy about that. God is great despite of obstacles and trials. They need it and they deserve it. I wish them good luck and all the best. She calls sometimes and I don't want to spoil her vacation so I just call/answer when she calls. She deserves a vacation with her family. And camping helps because they love nature adventure.

And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to get a good sleep, tomorrow my plans include just go with the flow where the day go or maybe have to iron baby clothes, arrange and continue pack-up stuffs for hospital (I could do it next week on Monday if not, anyway) and Sunday, I want to be lazy!

Fuzzy/ Insomnia, or What?

My body clock is still on its own mind. I cannot yet sleep. And my tummy is aching a bit. I can sense of a lot of air and other to which I do not know what will I do with it. I have to think. I have to force my eyes to close and sleep after this post. I just want to voice out, it may help. I have to drink milk to get started. So my body clock will start normally. Yes, I would like it to get back to normal just like sleeping at night and just take a nap during daytime. Sometimes, blame it to BV to catch the GB! Ha! Oops! I can still manage but it is great to get back to the ordinary way. I am busy you know. And I just have to catch some task and chores at the same time won't stressed-out for the sake of the baby-in-my-tummy. Living in USA is hard when we don't know how to cope up of this and that. We must learn how to get used and work with it even with tiny little thing to live and get organized. It is a matter of time-management and our health system at the same time which is hard to get. Determination and guidance from God is the key.

Stock-Up for Christmas Stocking

Am not telling you to stock-up now or never (of course, who am I by the way to tell such thing). Just a thought. But mind you, any place you are, it is great to buy little by little unlike the other way around, the lump-sum way of shopping though I do that sometimes especially if am already on the 11th hour or don't have budget yet. :-) Well, stocking stuffer for christmas stocking early isn't bad at all. One more day and it will be August month. Then comes September, the first "ber" month of the year. What comes next? It will be December then, in no time. When it is already a good deal and we have a little budget for it, then go and get it! Or else, we will regret afterwards. Perhaps that deal would no longer be available then or no budget anymore for such. Don't you think? It is your choice!

Ruby Tuesday: Dress, Etc.

Image above was taken last May 10th at my friend Preciel's place. Just forget about the kiddos stuff at my back. Just mind the foods in front. Ha! Okay, just the reds. Is the coat, red or pink? *thinking* Well, okay it is pink. Talking about the image, my tummy was still small (now Cacai M. is already beyond 130 lbs, that time I was just about 120 lbs, well, blame it to the pregnancy *grin* but that's true) or it wasn't just visible and I was still thin. More so, my hair did not coincide with my face. Ha! Well, was just had my hair done that time and I looked horrible with my new haircut. Oops! But then.. it's prego's like you know. Ha! Alright, we were about to have launch (thanks to the sponsor/host, Preciel *smile*) that time and I felt like I want a picture-taken. So Dorie, my friend, did. Thanks to her, I had this RT entry today. *smile* Anyway, one of my maternity color dress is red. I actually have two red prego dresses (all red). Above and the sleeveless one. Both have almost the same texture. I just felt I like the reds too. Am I then qualified being an RT folk? *wink*

Key Duplication

What will you do if you want to go out (walking) and you only have one key for the house and your husband has it currently? Simple as 1-2-3, let the house be duplicated! Or go out and ask your dear husband to get you afterwards. Not that easy, you have to tell him before you leave the house and let him get you when he's on his way going home, sounds better. Ha!

Since the landlord gives only one house key and it's okay to have it duplicated (of course! But make sure you have to take an extra care of it since that's a house key, that involves everything which includes your undies, oops! hehheh!), you then have to do so or else one cannot enter without the other and that is a trouble. That is how key duplication is important in your place. :-) For now, am still waiting for DH to duplicate the key at Home Depot store when he gets back at work for me (or for him). It's a hassle when we only have one key. Of course you cannot leave the house unlock! When you move-in, it's better to duplicate your house key for your spouse in the first day of stay. Remember that. :-) If not, we will find ourselves locked out and unhappy. Everyone maybe shouldjust take locksmithcourses!

Get Well Gifts

It is great to know that there people who are thoughtful. Thoughtful people won't forget occasions. They do send gifts or greet you in such occasions (special or just ordinary). They think a lot (okay that is why full of thoughts = thoughtful *wink*), oops just the right kind of thinking for their beloved friends and family. I adore those folks, who don't? Aren't you be pleased when you are sick and he/she/they send you a get-well gift like chocolate favored get well gift on such moment? Of course you love chocolates and I love too! :-) Remembering such times like such is something you couldn't forget. He/she/they are there when you needed them most. Giving something (even just a get-well soon presence, but of course it's nice to have something in-hand to give in) to a person who's been sick makes a difference. You would be loved if you do.

Summer House Floor

Folks do like to change house floors by season especially summer. I can sense they do like it this season because it don't have snows, rain or stuffs like that. They do like to have a wood tiles, yes floor change just like the pergo flooring in any place/corner of the house. Not bad! What's your floor looks-like? Is it carpeted or tiles (glass, wood)? Whatever it is, laminated floors is awesome, isn't it? A happy and cool home then. :-)

RC Toy Vehicles

Toys are the solution of bored individuals. Make it a hobby as well. Collection too. Not only kids (but of course mostly they do) play and fond of remote or radio controlled toy vehicles like rc trucks electric but teenagers and adult does. It's not bad after all. It is an entertainment for them. A fun entertainment in racing on a race track or even in the floor, at home, or just anywhere of a safe place to play. Ah, it's a family/kids bonding stuff. It's great being kids again!

The Day You Said Goodbye (Hair Loss)

It's about the hairs! Not of a relationship or what. Losing hairs is a sign of being old? Do you believe or like that idea? I don't know what you're thinking about such but that's why I always heard when having a healthy conversation with friends, families and relatives or even strangers. Seems like waving goodbye to younger years and just embracing the years of oldness. When a person is bald especially in only such certain areas in the head due to hair loss that's when he/she losses confidence. That's when hair loss products are basically in-demand talking about such. There's organic ones and many other stuffs of such just to comfort folks whom physically looking-old due to that fact. There are many causes I know but the solutions seem like hard to catch-up when folks just do on their own only. Hair loss folks need help or should you say goodbye hairs forever? Which is which? Good thing there are solutions already of hair loss. It is just someone's choice of which is which.

4th of July (USA Independence Day)

How was your 4th of July (or USA Independence Day/ Philippines-American Friendship Day) yesterday? I bet you had a great time. Mine was great. DH and I was just at home having a movie marathon. Then at night went outside to see fireworks display. Nope, we didn't went out to park where people were but a few walks outside here in the apartment complex. We didn't went to Almansor Park (where a lot of fireworks display fired from government here in the place I and DH resides) because of the crowd, my tummy could be bumped then aside from that the smell of the after-fired fireworks isn't good for me as being pregnant. That was why we just watched afar. Even with that, I still saw beautifully made fired fireworks! It was amazing! Colorful, soundly ones, flied-high and much more. Ah, what a celebration/commemoration of an Independence Day how many decades ago which USA got. Yesterday indeed is a national holiday which means no work or for private ones, triple pay for them if they work of such day. Meaning, it is merely a day of a precious and should be fun one. It's a happy thought and a happy celebration indeed! How was yours?

Farm Life

It’s hard enough getting by out here on the farm with a working AC unit but since mine broke last month I’ve barely been able to sleep it’s been so hot in this house. I can’t believe people actually live without the create comfort of air! I called a guy about installing a unit this year but he said they’re so backed up it’s going to take until July to get it installed. He did tell me to go ahead and go to http://shopelectricityratesTEXAS.COM so I could find out what types of rates were available to me which was nice but won’t matter too much until I can get the system installed. The good news is, we get some really good winds at night so sleeping isn’t as hard as it first was and my animals seem to be doing just fine outside in the heat. I figure if they can survive it all summer long then I should be able to as well – I’ve got to put on my tough hat and be strong!

First Day of Sleeping

In the new apartment we moved-in, we first stayed there in the 24th of June. I did not realized that was a day of Saint John the Baptist. Yes, it is the day of commemorating the person/saint who baptized Jesus and the people who became Christian Catholic. But then St. John the Baptist commemoration isn't that much here in US of A unlike there in my birth country, Philippines, especially if you live near the beach or lake. Anyway, just reminiscing my first day of sleeping on our new apartment abode. :-) As I always said I love it better than our old one. I had some do-it-yourself cleaning done just like cleaning the tiles grout in the bathroom floor and in the kitchen both on the ground/floor and the main kitchen base down to the in-sink. I made it on the third time. Yep, I cleaned it twice but it the stain did not removed. Thankfully, my friend's husband thru her (Te Claudia) advised me to use comet cleansing powder with scrubs. I used scotch brite and a little hard brush (not toothbrush, better than toothbrush) then scrubbed to the max. It was quiet tedious but I made it. I cannot stand the tiles and in-sink hard stains especially the paint/design is light. I was working my but off for about five days arranging, cleaning and a slight moving/lifting. I had a great exercise! Yey! Now am a bit relax of cleaning thing. The first night by the way is awesome!

Moving theFurnitures This Weekend

You may not know that we are moving from apartment to another. The good thing is it is not far from the place we are right now. Actually it is just two or three blocks away, of the same city (of course). *wink* Later on, I'll be going to pack-up my computer as well as my DH. Then dismantle my table and chair. The Internet will be cut-off and transfer to the new place, only the cable will be left. The electric current was turned-on two days ago so no problem when it comes to light and other stuffs connected. The Internet will be connected tomorrow at 1:00-3:00 pm. I hope I can connect to it directly so we won't be disconnected for long. :-) I am excited to live in our new abode. Good luck for the arrangements and some other packings for me and my husband. :-) The furniture will be lift-up by some men contacted.

Comfy, Stylish Clothes

If you are to choose, which do you like the comfy and stylish clothes or the branded ones which out of style? I may not sure what you like guys but for sure you would like to have comfortable and stylish clothes like dereon. Branded ones are cool too. Old styles maybe of your taste as well, whatever one likes as long as he/she is comfortable to use it and would make his/her confidence stands-out. That is what all matters. Making sure, we're not out-of-style or at least not far. Isn't it cool to have such? Mommies, mothers, homemakers, we should not going to loss our confidence and be cool as what we are when we're singles, okay? Deal? :-)

My New Comfort Shoes, Reebok

Pregnant women should have flat comfort shoes and I am one of those. I was longing for my white Hilfiger sport shoes to have it replaced and this time I did it. I actually bought this pair of shoes about a month ago. I met the white Reebok which is good when am doing my exercise, walking. It's not that so light compared to my old Hilfiger but it's as comfortable as it is. I just like its face. Ha! Oops it's quality I mean. It comforts me when I need it most. :-) Now I have my new reliable white shoes for my walking thing.

It doesn't give me problem on my feet so far, thanks goodness! :-)

Canon Inkjet Printers...

I have a canon inkjet 6-in-1 printer. I use it for several purposes but one thing I cannot do which my husband really like to have attach to it is the fax machine connection. Yes, it can be use for fax purposes but there's no good way to bring the telephone line to attach to it because my table is located across our kitchen and there's no way my computer table will be placed near the telephone line. Maybe, it could be possible in the new apartment we rented but we kind of being sour to have it already. Speaking of a canon inkjet printer, yes, it does need a canon ink cartridges for such printer to function. The cartridge brand should have to coincide the printer brand. That's just how it is. And yes, I do use such. And it's already several cartridges I consume because I print pictures too, not for myself but for family circles afar. And it's doing great. I just don't want the cartridges emptied because that's one cause the printer got busted just like my husband's hp printer. He just trash the thing too bad just because the cartridges got empty for long. So far, I didn't encounter problems with my printer, thanks goodness!

Friday Fill-Ins

Is it full moon yet? Ooh yeah, two nights ago it was. I wasn't able to view by my naked eye but a friend showed it to me by her photos. :-) I just can remember when I was still in the Philippines, we will go playing at night during full moon by a group or the family and neighbors. Having "libun-libon" or a group games. It was fun! Reminiscing here.. huhu. A glimpse from the past. And so, Friday Filling-Ins is here..

And...here we go!

1. One of my favorite birthday present was a new dress (too bad it's only sometimes I can have it before, haha!).

2. Ooh well, it was as simple as that.

3. The moon is as bright as your eyes, haha! Just kidding.

4. Birthday party should have decorations which includes flowers and balloons.

5. I was tempted by that chocolates and your lies. Oops.

Lean Muscles

You may or may not like your other half having lean muscles but mostly do like it. As many of my friends said it makes them secure physically. :-) Well, you can see that it's really nice for a man having such that is why there are many struggling to have that lean muscles one. I don't know how they do it, working-out maybe, but mostly they said they tag it along with some pills just like having to buy testoripped as guys said. I just can't really tell that it's their secret but a guy having lean muscles is awesome, huh! :-) How do you like by the way your man having lean muscles? Are you dying for him to have it? An Organized HomeMaker

We all know that a homemaker, a housewife or a housekeeper is just only one yet it varies on its spelling. Oops! Synonyms, that is. Ha! Mostly a homemaker does the job of document keeping along with all the house arrangements. After all, that's her job, a very nice job. An organized one. When it comes to document management, I can say document management software does a good for this too. It comes in handy. I mean it can make the job done properly and makes it easy. Sometimes, we just like to do the easy thing. Well, why not, why bother to do it the long process and sometimes, it won't be accurate, right? It's just a person's choice actually and one just have to check and see it for his/herself. Only him/herself can do the decision. Have a great and fun document-keeping folks! All the best!

Cloudy

The weather here in the place where I resides for several days already from now is cloudy. Usually at 10 a.m. the sun shines already but then, it does/did not. Sometimes the sun shines at 2 p.m. then went off and then back, then off and sets at 8 p.m. Unpredictable yet I could not complain. We don't have tornado and snowstorm or a scary storm here in California and that is to be thankful about. The weather of this spring turning summer this year looks like winter going spring, but it's a good thing for me. It's not that hot because it's somewhat windy unlike the other year. Well, just saying, nothing to worry about but praising for a good weather. I am just sad what happened to the places like Missouri where tornadoes touched down. Several people dead. I am praying for them.

And the Moving Already Started

After my husband's four-days off (three days regular off: Friday, Saturday and Sunday with a one-day holiday for Memorial Day commemoration), he finally signed a lease agreement to the landlord. It's a one-year agreement lease with one month rent (good for the month of June) and a security deposit. So we have two apartment rented for this month of June, the current and the new one. The security deposit is being held in case we will be gone on the leased apartment within a year. And also if there is(are) damage(s), security deposit can't be claimed once a renter want to transfer even if it's already one-year. And that's fine, great one though we like to be gone without a year contract. We'll just see how this goes or we can't get our security deposit anymore. Whatever is good for us or for my husband because he really wants to retire next year, hopefully. So then, good luck to me and my husband for the moving. I was all-packed up. Oops, not that so, we're just half way on the transferring but once my baby shower ends, this will all be fine and good for moving. By July 1st, we're already on our new abode. :-) Yey!

Will Be Moving Next Month

It will be June in the next three days. Today is 29th of May by the way. Am just so glad that finally we will be moving in another apartment, the one bedroom - one bathe. After all, that is what I really like to. That is because this current apartment home we have, have two bedrooms to which it is unneeded but the rent difference is 300. Doing the math, DH already told I can have my motorcycle with it when we will move then to our planned country by next year. We might just have to stay for one year according to the lease agreement or we cannot get the security deposit equivalent to a month rent. At the same time, DH can still work and have our extra. DH already forwarded our rent for next month (he intended to pay it in advance) at the same time gave the letter of notice for one-month evacuate as per agreement by the landlord. Then my Tuesday we will sign the new agreement to our new apartment home. I can't wait to transfer! Wish us luck! Thanks in advance. ;-)

Lights

At home or in the park, road, neighborhood, store, malls and any other places, absolutely we need lights to guide us whatever we like to do especially at night. That is just meant that light is essential in our day to day activity. Do we also need lights with our cars, motorcycles, truck, RV, ATV and the likes? Well, as I said it is essential in our everyday activities. Therefore, ATV's need a good or great amount of ATV Lights so the owner/driver can get to the place(s) he/she likes to go. Well, during night. Are you by the way fond of motorcycling? Riding an ATV? Well, for me, I do! It's fun without any walls barred in any areas unlike cars, with that, I can see fully the beauty of nature. :-) Fun, fun, fun!

Above left is my yellow birthday cake last Mayo Cinco. It's a yummy mango personalized birthday cake from Red Ribbon, thank to my friend Lyn and Cesar for such. It's yummylicious! It's not too sweet, as in I love it! Also the live fresh pink tulips pot wrap and some color of table napkins holder are also yellow. :-) On the other hand on the right are the ruby glasses, table napkins box and some other rubies you can find. Indeed I had a fun birthday celebration. Whew! My precious age is climbing up and it's awesome. Am proud being one. Teehee! Oops! ;-)

I just remember Vina Morales, Jennifer Lopez and many other international actress chooses to have lean muscles visibly seen. I guess they also are taking-up work-out or pre-workout supplement pills to help them have it. If I plan to have such, I may have to read pre workout supplement reviews of how others view such supplement pills to help me out too what to get, if I think it is good for my body and my sense of eagerness. Or how I want my body to look like. Ah, not for now (if ever that is how I like my body to look-like) because am pregnant. :-) Eh?

Colon Cleansing

You may already know that my beloved paternal aunt died of colon cancer. Every time I heard or read about colon cleansing, my deceased aunt always popped-out on my mind. I cannot help it, it's just that I didn't think about it before. I mean I did not think that there is such thing, color cancer. I/you might have to learn more colon cleansers to prevent it from happening. We are aware about cancer, there maybe few treated and still have long life but majority are in peril. It is great to be checked and advised to cleanse our colon than it is already in acute status. Indeed, health is the source of our strength so we have to be healthy always. It Is Cloudy Day Today

Yes, it is cloudy day today here in the place where I reside and DH reside. In fact, it was just minutes ago that the sun shines, to think that it's already past 3:00 in the afternoon. I thought it would rain but it didn't. I have to check the weather forecast later of what's the status and the weather later. I was not able to take a walk yesterday so it has to be a must-to-do for me today, speaking of pregnancy routine for at least 30 minutes a day. For sure it will be cold so I have to bring or wear coat. I was planning to go to farmer's market lately the morning but the weather did not cooperate or I was just lazy to get-up. Ha! The result is I don't have something to cook for my "ginataan" or vegetables with coconut milk, ooh well, the leafy vegetables, that is. I also was not able yet to wash the black socks, we (DH and I especially DH) are running out of clean black socks already. I have to wash it today, so later I won't have to forget or else am an inconsistent wife. :-( Anyway, I just have to load to the washer and dryer and that's it. I just have not to forget it! DigiCam and Camcorder

It seems like digital camera and camcorder are two of a family's need when it comes to vacation, strolling around the places, or just messing-up in our yards. :-) But for me, appareils photo numériques is more of an in-demand than the latter. Well, we even like to have it in our everyday activities especially the treasured happenings.We like to have a remembrance in every of those moments that we love, don't you agree with me? *wink* That is to think that we have it every time we like to think and remember back the ole days. Ooh well, DH even called me camera whore! Ha! And I love that name. ;-) It just tells that am having a good time or am in the good mood (or even in bad times). Ooh well. :-P For sure you like having camera, expensive or not as long as it holds memories then am good to go, I love it! :-) What about you, are you fond of keeping memories by a camera?

Having a ring is a symbol of something. Well, that's the nature of it unless otherwise for some it is just an art. An art, a design, stuff to beautify. How do you like to have it or give to your beloved? For married folks, engaged or a tested and proven friends, seems like it is a must. I cannot imagine a married person having no marriage ring. An engage couple maybe, but not for a married man/woman. Having an artcarved ring(s) is a choice but there is really a person who sees it as special. Seems to me a personalized one or you can then tell a jeweler how do you like it to be personalized through carving. It is artsy!

What about you, do you like an artcarved ring from your spouse? For me, yes. I love to have it. Fortunately, my engagement ring has my initial names on it and my marriage ring carved. Indeed for choosing the two, I love it carved with a name(s) on it. :-)

Do you believe Charlie Sheen is still on-drugs? How do you find the breaking news way back weeks ago about the news that he's still in-drugs which also caused him dragged down from his contract of that "Two and a Half Men" show? I may believe the news. I do not know about you what is your thinking about it but the fact he is already out of the show, such a horrible moment of him. Ah, he might like to go malibu treatment centers for him to be sober/rehabilitate for life, eh? Why not if that would make a person better, right? I have to agree that if a person is controlled with an illegal drugs, he/she has to be treated for good. That is the only way to go out such, don't you think? Because for me, I think so. :-P

Planning to Collect Classic Disney DVDs!

It has been a long time that I was planning to collect or at least watch all the classic or famous Disney movies. Fortunately, I watch some of them but not all yet. Good thing, I have the privilege to fulfill such. Next week should I plan to start collecting them, I can buy couple of those as DH gave me something (though he did not know what would I am going to get, the thing is he is okay with what I wanted because for him, something that would make happy *charrr* *wink*) and am thankful for such. And I have to complete, or at least complete( there are bunch of classic movies you know.. but I will only get those which I love watching and more famous) before I will give birth. I have now the courage because I have a baby girl soon that will inherit those. Hehe! Well, young and adults love to watch classic Disney movies, I know. So it is always in-demand. And anytime I want to watch it, I can get it in just a snap. No need to rent, or whatever that is. It is also a good keep as it is a collection. :-) Good luck for me. ;-)

There are so many great books and lessons out there already, I knew I’d have little impact unless I did something different. I decided to start hosting an online class weekly for my “students” and it’s been a big success! I have a website and a mobile Internet connection at home, so I conduct the class from my kitchen table. It’s great because my students can email me certain requests or even chat live with me, asking for explanations on specific words or phrases. In my opinion, the live class is better than a book as they can really s!ee the different pronunciations of words, and I think my students think so too. For now my tutorials are offered gratis, but in the future I may start charging as a way to earn some extra money. I don’t have the patience to be a real teacher, but hosting this online class is just perfect for me!

And I was one of those people who believed that way, well, not now especially that am here in United States of A, to which such word is just normal and seems sophisticated or practical for family. MYM and RT: Beautiful Spring Flowers

It's spring season here in USA. That also means, flowers are blooming everywhere. Even trees changing its color or leaves from winter season. Below is my entry for Mellow Yellow Monday and Ruby Tuesday, the beautiful spring flowers in the neighborhood. I was walking that time and I spotted this bunch of colorful flowers in the yard of one of the apartment complex. Yes, it's just one block away from the complex where DH and I stayed. So, not in the yard of our rented apartment home but a close-by, okay, a neighborhood. Beautiful flowers, isn't it?

Can you resist of not chasing these flowers below? I can't even resist of taking a picture of it. :-) It's beautiful yellows and reds with other colors, no doubt! ;-) I just don't know its name. Anyway, have a great day to all! :-))

Weight Loss Action

You know am pregnant. And the baby-in-my-tummy will be five months (regular months counting as of 9 months of due date) this 7th of May. Yay, it will be next week. I gained pounds of weight to which it is normal. I am just so glad my appetite already came back normal and my medical conditions are all fine from a series of tests as per normal prenatal tests. The next thing I can think of is, if my body (not only tummy) will be bigger just like as other moms. I could only wish only my tummy will be big but not my whole body but I guess, that won't be the case. Will I then loss weight after few months of delivering a baby? Would I consider to read sensa reviews for that clinically weight loss solution then? For sure I could not be in diet as I plan my baby to breast feed so I will become balloon after that months of breastfeeding her. And I don't want either to be stucked with an overweight body. Ah, am thinking of it but am stressing myself for such because time will reveal and solution will appear. Either of those. :-)

I think everyone likes beautiful, physically beautiful that is. Of course it won't be compared to an inner side of a person because the two are different in a sense. That would only apply to that phrase "it depends upon the situation", alright! But the topic only appears for the physiological side, this time. :-D How's that? Now, if you say, you have dark circles on your face. I can say, you would 100% like that to get rid of. Okay, how to get rid of dark circles? That is the question. The good thing is there is a solution for that. So we can be beautiful if we like to. We just have to be resourceful, right?

I will be busy tomorrow. I usually scheduled my time of food tripping with my new-found three mommy friends here in my place. I always thanks God and them for knowing one another. They came in good timing. The food trip and laughs are on-time. *wink* Okay, tomorrow DH will also get the key from the candidate landlord. The candidate apartment to be moved in is just here in this apartment complex, downstairs side which is really great and I wanted especially that am pregnant and will be giving birth soon this year. If not, there would be nearby too, just comparing. The key will be given to me and will be returned after DH work in the afternoon. I can see it more than him (he's not info seeing thoroughly but me anyway). So, there's already two works, not have to be taken slightly. Well, time management. I hope I can cope up with it. I am not that good in time management you know, especially if it's food trip or laugh trip. Hehe! I intended not to go out this day in order to get the only one plan tomorrow but then here it is. But then, okay, not so biggie deal. I can work this out though not so enough time with friends. Burn Fat, Lean Muscle Rolled into One?

For most cases, once you burn fats (unwanted fats) it also correspond with not-so-lean muscles (or not so at all) though there are also instances that I can see these two go together. I am speaking of what is visible on my eyes and as they say. But if you are curious of having such two (can burn fat and have lean muscles at the same time result) which is rolled into one stuff, there is this conjugated linoleic acid (or known as CLA) as introducing but you have to check it out and see for yourself. What I mean is you have to do your own research about this as I just only heard this and haven't taken it myself. It may also good for others but not on you (again, it is great for you to check it out for yourself). Just saying. So then, all the best on your lean muscle quest! ;-)

Do You Smoke Cigar?

While cigarette (cigar or cigarette) smoking is dangerous to our health, there are still people who likes to smoke despite of such. If you are one of them who smoke cigar (cigar by the way is bigger than cigarette and colored brown unlike cigarette, it is colored white and other colors on its skin/paper), then maybe you will be astonished of one of the names of it, romeo y julieta, and one of luxurious cigars. How do you like its name? You may wonder it is not an American English name, that is because it is not manufactured here in USA. Wonder where? It is from Dominican Republic (if am not mistaken). Such name is same as romeo and juliet, eh? ;-) By the way, most millionaires smoke cigars as what I have seen, not only in TV but in reality. That is what I can think when I see cigar. :-)

My Mellow Yellow Monday: Yellow Flowers

My share of yellow today is a yellow flower. Pardon me as I do not know the name but what am sure is, it is yellow. Hehe! This yellow flower was with the bunch of flowers in a vase with the big red roses from my ever beloved valentine. It was actually over the red roses and its other stuffs formed into a cool arrangement.Yes, it was a gift from my hubby this year's valentines day (February 2011). It was a bud during valentines day but days after, it bloomed as what you saw. And it is awesome, big ones as bigger than the big roses. Beautiful and cool the eyes especially it was from my beloved. *wink*

As what you can see in the left image, it is the bloomed yellow flower from the right image which is at the top of the other flowers in a vase.

Indeed a happy valentines day for me! And a happy mellow yellow Monday to you! ;-)

Business Conference Calls

Businesses have conferences. Either in field, office or in telephone (or mobile phone) they are in. This is done for the simple reasons, because they have business(es) or employees to correspond with in other place(es). Either around the globe or just nationwide. Oops, not just for business purposes for some but for personal too, conference call for friends and family. But mainly conference call is essential for business purposes especially nowadays that it is very much possible to have the business partners/employees from other side of the world just like call centers and many more. It is a nice thing that we have now choices, technology and stuffs to choose from. We just have to take control of our choices or what we choose to have.

Disability

Disability of working normally. Being disable, as in something is happening in any part of your body whilst still working or even not working. If you happen to be at this stage, then I suggest to claim for disability benefits. Hence, getting into disability appeal for such has to be done and claimed rightfully if cannot be done as do-it-yourself or just a normal way. Well, why not get a reliable company/person who can handle all the works and just wait when it's already done, right? :-) Here in USA, most people are hardworking. And it's not bad. Others said, "more work means, more taxes" but that undone statement. Meaning, there is something lacking on it, it has to be like "but it's great" because it really is great. Taxes has been spent and can be seen. And you get what you earned. You have social security benefits and such, that is why I can say or should I say, it is great! As workers will be taken good care of especially during disability, crisis or retirement time, don't you think?

It Is Raining Men!

Oops, you know it is not the men themselves raining here okay? You know that using "man" or "men" when talking to someone or everyone here in United States of A is just an ordinary word. I say this as I misunderstand this word before, seems flirty huh! Nope! *bleeeh* Hehe! And even told my dear husband if talking to me and since the usual word is "man" to which I then answered, " oops! Am not a man, am a woman! ", with some eye glaring and an evil stare, hahaha! Now I know (and maybe now you know? Sorry if not!). Okay, back to the topic, it's raining here in my place today. The sun just came out just some hour then cloudy and yes, rain. It rained hard. Thankfully it ended already, meaning no more rain as of this time. Am just so thankful too that heavy rains won't affect the place where I am now unlike other places here in Southern, California. I am thinking that this spring will be a rainy day as just like some other place/country like Philippines to which this time should already be a sunny summer day but the weather is still rainy. That is where I draw my thoughts. It seldom rain here in California but this year seems like it's only March and I witnessed several rains already. Whatever it is, just be careful folks when it's raining since usually floods will come over then. God bless and all the best!

Aboard

No, not me but a friend and a co-blogger of mine, Analou, is aboarding on a plane)as of this time. We had a long phone chitchat lately afternoon and we even want to go longer but knowing that she have a flight this night, we just agreed that she have to have an extra-check of her stuffs and to have a rest so she can have a lot of energy during her travel. She will be going by the way to our birth country, Philippines (Gingoog City specifically), to visit her extended family (she and her husband is leaving here in Los Angeles). We are neighbor in Gingoog City (speaking of my father's family who lives in there). And yes, she is having a 12-days vacation in there. I bet she will be having fun to which I am happy of thinking about it. Eating foods that she misses a lot which could only be found in there. Ah! Foods, memories, fun, family and friends equals happiness. I wish her all of that. She deserves it.

I hope and pray for her safety flight or travel too.

A Perk of Having Credit Card

When we think of credit card, we think of credit. As in credit (money-out) from our pocket or savings, a loan or a debt. And talking about debt, it is only seldom you can lend money without interest and that is what credit card is all about. Much interest if cannot pay on the desired time to pay-off such money being lend in exchange of goods or services. But lo and behold because there are also many perks of having a credit card. I would not elaborate the many perks, what I can only say (as my title tells) is having a rewards. Yes, credit card holder will be rewarded through points which is from purchases incurred. One of these credit card which give rewards, is visa reward cards and of course many more kinds/names of credit cards but all of them issues rewards. Doesn't it sound great? Well, that is what we called a perk, just one of those perks. :-) But you know that a credit card holder can be in a big trouble if using his/her credit card(s) is beyond to what he/she can pay. So take good care of your credit card as well as enjoy your rewards of having such (especially if you're a good payor). :-))

My Ruby Tuesday: RED Artificial Flower, House Socks, Etc

It is an after hours (1hr+) late posting this Ruby Tuesday of mine if you think of Eastern Time, but hey, am in Pacific Standard Time, so it is still Tuesday! Yey! So, do you red in there? Come on and share it! Do you love red colors, then go! ;-) Today my entry is for memory of my non-living flowers on my computer table shelf which is located just right level of my forehead when sitting. Along with the other reds together in line are the genuine (yes, not water) Gallo Family Twin Valley wine which I bought two years ago and ended up putting in there since I just bought (along with a cork which it did not moved upon its place) it for me to taste but not actually to drink it (unless if I like the taste, but nope I did not like it, hubby don't drink too so it's for me alone), the red figurine couple and the other stuffs which are not red. Those stuffs I bought in Hallmark Store (minus the wine) for more than two years ago already during February. It was in close-out sale and I had more than of what I got normally (it's expensive you know.. , I usually bought two or three, hehehe! And usually bought greeting cards *wink*) You can see visibly see that in left image below.

And image on the right side is my red house socks which I use sometimes in the morning when I feel pretty cold. It's pretty worn out though I seldom use such (I have couple of house socks), that is because it would also about two years old. :-)

We (my husband and I) will be three soon in our home (apartment-rented home) as I have a baby-in-my-tummy. Soon enough too, we will be moving to a new apartment or a small house to which we will live in the first floor. I am not comfortable living in a second-story or any floors but on the first (or at least for our temporary home before moving in to our very own). In that way, I can easily go out with stroller without any hassle or any help from neighbor, or alike, during hubby's working hours. So new environment and a home plus additional one needs a good entertainment hub. Though I cannot say we do not have a good entertainment currently (we have two TV, one for him and one for me but more on we bond together on the bigger one which is in the bedroom) but it is great to have a better flat panel tv stands like the two below, to which the first one is for our bigger TV to put in our living room with the entertainment stuffs like DVD and its tapes, DVR, CD's, etc. I can even put electronic picture frames on it and some little decors to beautify and also the DVD speakers on the sides or above the entertainment media center, then the remote hub just on one of the shelves so it is just in one place or furniture stuffs.

The wall mount which is on the right is perfect is perfect for our traditional TV which is no problem regarding its performance and cable channels or we can buy other wall mount perfect for its type if DH wanted it changed into a flat one to which is great for our bedroom or baby's room. I can't wait to move into another apartment home or our home of our own to settle down for a family of three.

Blogging While Cooking and Watching TV

Multi-tasking huh! Hehe! ;-) Am here in the couch doing something (okay, blogging) whilst watching TV particularly basketball sport of National Basketball Association (NBA) and cooking sweet potatoes (purple yums and the yellow ones). Oops, eating too! Haha! Yep, beside me is a plate of comfort foods. Ooh I love the "sapin-sapin" foods (different kinds of snacks in one container) which it includes maja blanca, "biko", "halayang ube", small rice cakes, and the three color foods (I don't know the name". Ah, what a Sunday and I love it! This is also what I love of this place (couch and the other TV) because I am the remote owner, hahaha! DH is in the bedroom and doing his TV moment too. :-) I can do what I want without considering someone is also watching or alike. He's not fond of watching TV at one channel unlike me, so it's better this way especially when I have something to focus watching. :-)

Preparing Food No Hassle

When there is a big occasion of a family or a part of a family like birthday, graduation and alike, most likely it is such a tiring job of preparing/cooking the foods aside from preparing the place. But here in USA, preparing food is just a piece of cake since catering and restaurant delivery is just a phone call away and in the scheduled event, the foods are there as early as a bird.Now, is it tiring? Is it time-hassle? No way! I just cannot imagine if the host will also be the one to cook all the cuisines unless if it's a big family or such family is hiring a cook then it would be possible. :-) But knowing folks here are also busy working, I could say it is very much convenient to have catering/delivery of foods than home-made cooking, maybe just a house specialty it would do, isn't it? What do you think?

Ordered Aerospotale Tops

It was on sale. You know this brand isn't cheap. I seldom buy stuffs which are not on sale. Why buy those on expensive if you can have it for less?

It has been long time I wasn't able to buy something for myself. I have to reward myself. And besides, DH gave me some for it and this time, I won't put it on someone (family matters, oops I got a break and I deserve it! Peace! ;-P) but a reward, again for myself. I may have NO lotta money but thankful for the graces that I am not empty. Thanks goodness, I have something in times of stressful moment. Hahaha! Or maybe, next time, I won't have any, so grab the opportunity. Hahaha! Oops! Don't be jealous! Am expecting it this week. Woot.. woot.. :-)

Jobs in the Market

What are the different ways to which you know your dream job is in the market? Are you currently in hunting for it? Aside from the old school way like radio, word of mouth, newspaper, signage and television, where else? I can tell in the world wide web. Yes, Internet has influence a lot of people and it's not bad. We have technology and people love it. Jobs like buyer jobs are posted in the Internet just like the old school way. I think, better to have a lot of choices, right? We have the choice where to look at. And we have a choice if we look at it all sources (which is better but what is preferable is the primary source to which you are always inclined with, I bet, Internet won't be last for it. Good luck then to all the job hunters! :-)

Goodies from Te Ahmz

Three days ago I received a package from Orlando, Florida and that was from a good friend, Amiable Amy, (Filipina like me) who married an American too. She is a blogger who owns and manages many blogs, cool person, witty and yeah, a one-of-a-kind. She is such a blessing to many and a friend to hundreds. Her character stand such words. You will not regret if you are a friend of hers. Though we haven't meet yet in person (we chitchat through Facebook and blogs *smile*) but I can assure what I said in here, even if you will ask me when we meet then. You can put that in mind and surely, I will answer you. Oops, it is not because of the goodies/present from her two months vacation in the Philippines (she grew-up and works before in CDOC, a teacher by profession) that she sent me that made me smile ear to ear but because of her personality. I admit, it touches me. Who wouldn't? It would surely kill the missed thoughts of my birth country, these goodies made it neutral.

Above were the goodies from a priority box. I was so happy having such a thoughtful person. And even happier that I shared it with my friends who I happened to met two days ago. That " polvoron " and dried mango and that " cloud 9 " chocolate made my day. Thanks much Te Ahmz! I could not wait when I can give back the thoughtfulness you have given. If that day won't come (hopefully will), you know how much I thank you for this (Dios pagbayad Te Amz, but mamawi jud ko..). ~hugs&kisses~ Diary, keep this in memory.

I Am Still Awake, Having an Insomnia?

Not for now but I had it before. Yes, I am still awake because I need to. I have something to do important tomorrow and that is to read my computer lesson(s) for the next day. Ideas cannot get out of my head. And besides, I woke up late lately and had a problem with my stomach, lots of air (gas).. ewe! So many reasons and few more idea(s) and am done. Then ready to hit the hay. :-) So for now, I am not having an insomnia but if that happens and some precautionary measure won't heal, probably I would want sleeping pills if emergency calls. Sometimes folks from here goes out of country or to Philippines, they would drink sleeping pills to sleep as time difference varies a lot. When body clock cannot adjust to the current time, even how hard a person is trying to sleep, he/she cannot. I heard from a friend, she took sleeping pills for her body to get rest. It really differs when day time here and the place you are going to is night time as such time. So body needs a comfort.

Auto Insurance

We knew how important is an auto or car here in USA. In having it, there is always a corresponding insurance liability in return of the service such company offers when something accident (God forbids!) happens or stuffs like that, circumstances that cannot be avoided, that is. Hence, an owner gets an insurance for his/her car. One of these companies which specialize auto insurance is Nationwide Insurance. But since consumer are wise, before getting such or sharing their experience after purchased/getting their service gives valuable nationwide insurance review for others and company to know and improve what has to be improved to gain the respect of customers. It is illegal by the way when driving a car without insurance here in United States of A. And you know that. A home, yourself (for your work) and family needs a car. My FFI (Friday Fill-Ins) for 2011 -08

Is it Friday yet? About (hours from now)! Yes, tomorrow is Friday here in USA but for some reason, it is already Friday in many other countries or places. And I guess you already know that. Time difference.

And...here we go!

1. Ooooh, I love to know it will be spring time soon.

2. The smell and taste of anything colored toothpaste (during my 7-10 weeks of pregnancy), I can't stand it!

3. How the heck did I end up with so many chores to do.

4. My birth country, particularly where I was raised on my younger and teen years is one of my favorite places to visit.

5. I'm not a dreamer, I'm not!

6. Pizza mia, it has to be good.

7. And as for the weekend, tonight I'm looking forward to finish my pending tasks for tomorrow is another busy day (or sleeping day LOL, oops pregger eh! Tsk!), tomorrow my plans include read, read and read! Gosh, I have a lot to read on (pregnancy book, pamphlets, lessons for Saturday) and Sunday, I want to relax (as any others want)!
